Q. How are you compensated?
A. I charge a flat fee, negotiated upfront. I also pass along all vendor
discounts to my clients.
Q. What do you do?
A. I find the very best resources to fit each client’s needs, budget
and vision. It is my job to ensure that each client gets the most for
their money and that all of the details come together to produce a spectacular
event. Helene & Company, Inc. remains on site until the last guest leaves.
Q. Why do I need an event planner?
A. An experienced event planner can save you money in the long run and
help you avoid costly mistakes. I negotiate better pricing for my clients,
review and negotiate all contracts, manage the budget and handle all of
the details. In essence, I take over the “business” side of
the event to allow you to enjoy the celebration.
